Electricity workers set up transmission lines on top of 380-metre towers by the sea. This line is the Xihoumen crossing section of Zhoushan 500 kV network project. The design of the line is 500 kV and 220 kV mixed pressure four circuits. The construction of the whole line will be completed in late December. Power workers at the construction site use hand pull hoists and aluminum alloy hand pull hoists to lift power equipment and tighten lines to speed up construction progress.
